Drum chippers middle size
They are stationary machines provided with a horizontal feed unit for sawmills, carpenter’s shops, pellets and briquettes factories, biomass power plants and thermal-power plants etc. for processing wood thickness up to 300 mm with capacity up to 15 t/h. (depending on material and screen mesh). To ensure an optimal chipping process they are equipped with a fast rotating chipping knife rotor. Depending on local condition the rotor can have 2 to 6 pcs knives in order to produce a defined homogeneous and continuous wood chip. It`s very reliable solution for chipping veneer, too. Length of chips 5 mm-50 mm.
